Bad: The phone's large size makes it unwieldy, and its screen resolution is too low for a phone this big. Bottom Line: Samsung's Galaxy Mega 6.3 is just about your only choice for a jumbo-screen phablet under $200, but those with more flexible budgets should consider a phone with a higher-resolution display.
