Bad: With no regular internal-drive support, the G-Dock's storage capacity is capped at only 2TB. The internal drives can be ejected from the chassis far too easily. Bottom Line: The G-Dock and G-drive introduce a new level of flexibility in external storage, and performance is fast. [Read more] |

Bad: Occasionally sluggish performance gets frustrating, and more-powerful PCs are available in this price range. Bottom Line: HP revives an 11-inch favorite with the Pavilion TouchSmart 11z, but there are better performance-for-money deals to be had. [Read more] |

Graphics have been updated and new characters introduced. The auto-fire option is a godsend. Bad: Disappointingly, there is no multiplayer mode. Also, touch-screen controls take some getting used to. Bottom Line: Great for fans of the original and anyone looking for side-scrolling run-and-gun action, Contra: Evolution is well worth its relatively cheap 99-cent price tag. [Read more] |
