Good: The Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G has Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, a generous QWERTY keyboard, a good 5-megapixel camera, and some of the best call quality I've heard on a cell phone.
Bad: While roomy, the Galaxy S Relay 4G's keyboard will feel stiff for some, and the phone is on the bulky side.
Bottom Line: Those looking for a QWERTY smartphone will gravitate to the thick and hearty Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G, which has Android 4.0, strong hardware specs, and excellent call quality. [Read more]

Good: The Pioneer AppRadio gives in-dash access to dozens of Android and iOS apps via its 7-inch capacitive touch screen. Native iPod connectivity allows passengers to plug in and play. Bluetooth hands-free calling increases safety.
Bad: The required Android connectivity kit is too expensive. Android users have to use a specific keyboard app to enable touch sensitivity. The USB port can't be used for MP3 playback and there's no Bluetooth audio streaming.
Bottom Line: For iPhone 4 and 4S lovers, the Pioneer AppRadio 2 is possibly the best aftermarket receiver that money can buy. For Android users, the choice isn't so obvious. [Read more]

Good: The 2013 Cadillac XTS features a versatile LCD instrument cluster and the new CUE infotainment system, with 3D maps for navigation and a combined music library interface from four USB ports. An adaptive suspension and torque-vectoring all-wheel drive highlight the driveline.
Bad: CUE takes too long to boot up and reacts too slowly to user input. The volume slider on the dashboard is difficult to use.
Bottom Line: Strictly a luxury cruiser rather than a sport driver, the 2013 Cadillac XTS insulates you from the outside world while providing the latest in cabin tech. [Read more]

Good: The Polk Audio UltraFocus 6000 active noise-canceling in-ear headphones feature a big, powerful sound while maintaining a comfortable fit.
Bad: The cable lacks a microphone and smartphone controls, and playback requires power, so the music dies along with your battery.
Bottom Line: The Polk Audio UltraFocus 6000's noise-canceling powers are just average for an in-ear NC design, but anyone looking for midpriced headphones with lots of bass and detail will love this set. [Read more]
