Philips Fidelio SoundRing with AirPlay DS3881W Posted: 31 May 2012 12:27 AM PDT Editor's Rating: User Rating: Good: The Philips Fidelio SoundRing DS3881W is a strikingly designed wireless AirPlay speaker that offers superior sound. It also has a built-in rechargeable battery and a USB port for charging smartphones. Bad: The speaker was a little tricky to set up for AirPlay use and the manual could be more clearly written. The speaker's also fairly pricey. Bottom Line: While it's a bit overpriced, Philips Fidelio SoundRing is one of the better compact AirPlay speakers we've tested -- and it has a battery-powered option to boot. [Read more] |

Infiniti Connected brings Web connectivity and telematics to the HDD navigation system. Eco Pedal is a great tool for learning to drive efficiently. Bad: The engine and transmission combination feels a bit underpowered for this vehicle. Bottom Line: The 2013 Infiniti JX35 seems to be custom-made for distracted parents, with seating for seven, advanced and innovative driver aid technology, and a full infotainment and rear-seat entertainment package. Posted: 30 May 2012 11:34 PM PDT Editor's Rating: User Rating: Good: The Toshiba Excite 10 supports a huge 128GB expandable memory slot, has fast Tegra 3-induced performance, a comfortable design, and Android 4.0 capabilities. Bad: Backlight bleeding is obvious when viewing black screens on the tablet. Also, its data connection cable is unwieldy, the camera performance is unimpressive, and the price is a bit too expensive compared with what's available on the market. Bottom Line: The Toshiba Excite 10 provides Tegra 3 performance and huge expandable memory potential, but is priced a bit too high compared with other tablets. [Read more] |

Bad: The Ascend P1's camera and call quality fail to live up to their promise. Bottom Line: Huawei's Ascend P1 takes a step in the premium direction with great specs and a striking design, but it ultimately falls short of its potential. [Read more] |
Resistance: Burning Skies (PS Vita) Posted: 30 May 2012 08:14 AM PDT Editor's Rating: User Rating: Good: Solid competitive multiplayer Interesting implementation of touch controls Bad: Struggles to replicate the combat intensity of previous games in the series Serious connection issues deny access to multiplayer Campaign story and characters are uninteresting Dull visuals Bottom Line: The traditionally taut action of the Resistance series goes disappointingly slack in Burning Skies.
