Good: AT&T's Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate has crazy-fast 4G LTE speeds, a dual-core processor, a nice 4-inch SUPER AMOLED screen, 720p HD video, and a terrific price tag.
Bad: The Exhilarate's camera has some wobbles and the handset may not see an Android 4.0 upgrade.
Bottom Line: The value is high and the drawbacks are few and far between on the Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate. [Read more]

Good: The HTC Evo Design 4G boasts a premium, well-crafted design. It also offers WiMax 4G data, Android 4.0, and HTC's Sense interface.
Bad: The Evo Design 4G suffers from short battery life, a slow processor, and poor call quality.
Bottom Line: The HTC Evo Design 4G may be Boost Mobile's top dog but it's fenced in by a high price and weak performance. [Read more]

Good: The LG Flatron IPS235V is a low-priced IPS monitor that achieves impressive performance in games, movies, and photos. Its accurate color, wide viewing angles, and deep OSD round out an affordable and powerful package.
Bad: The chassis feels cheap, the connections are difficult to access, and the OSD menu is clunky to navigate.
Bottom Line: The LG Flatron IPS235V succeeds by offering performance at a more than reasonable price. It has the connections you'd want, but the design you wouldn't. [Read more]

Creative WP-450

Good: The Creative WP-450 headphones are reasonably priced on-ear Bluetooth headphones with a built-in microphone for making calls and an 8-hour battery life. They offer comparably good sound quality for Bluetooth headphones.
Bad: The less expensive WP-350s may be more comfortable for some users; the on-ear design makes your ears steamy in warm weather.
Bottom Line: The Creative WP-450s are good Bluetooth wireless headphones, but the step-down WP-350 model is a better deal. [Read more]

Panasonic TC-L47WT50

Good: The Panasonic TC-LWT50-series LED TV showed the best off-angle performance of any LCD I've tested, and its screen was quite uniform. Its 3D performance was good with little crosstalk. The styling is sleek with an ultrathin frame and unique horseshoe stand. Plenty of useful features are onboard, including a well-designed Smart TV suite and a touch-pad remote.
Bad: The high-priced WT50 has a sub-par 2D picture, reproducing a lighter shade of black than many cheaper LEDs. Panasonic inexplicably saddled the best default picture mode with compulsory smoothing, and the other modes have color accuracy issues. The TV doesn't come with 3D glasses.
Bottom Line: Class-leading quality from off-angle can't excuse the expensive Panasonic TC-LWT50's disappointing picture when seen from the sweet spot. [Read more]
