Good: The 2014 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited's engine and CVT combo offer quiet around-town performance and smooth acceleration. Fuel economy for this AWD model is on-par with front-driven competition. The EyeSight system adds many safety features with just two cameras.
Bad: Safety features such as blindspot monitoring and cross traffic alert aren't available. Touch screen interface was sluggish and unresponsive.
Bottom Line: We can deal with the 2014 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited not being as fast as it should, but we can't abide its lack of cabin and safety tech. [Read more]

Good: The well-built Dell Venue 11 Pro has an excellent full-HD display, plenty of configuration options, and an optional keyboard and docking station. Battery life is also excellent.
Bad: That sold-separately keyboard dock suffers from occasional lag and a tiny touch pad, and even low-end configurations are more expensive than other tablets or hybrids.
Bottom Line: Betting on a full 1080p display partly justifies the Dell Venue 11 Pro's higher price compared to other Atom-powered tablets. But the keyboard dock add-on, which should turn this into a functional laptop alternative, is too expensive and occasionally frustrating to use. [Read more]
