Bad: Proximo's app doesn't allow you to preview phone alarm sounds, and you must launch the app in order to dismiss a triggered alarm on the handset.

Good: DoubleTwist makes it easy to sync music between your Android device and desktop. It is easy to use and offers a ton of nifty features like a podcast directory, streaming radio, and cover-flow view.
Bad: No links to relevant artist or album information from across the Web.
