Good: The 2013 Audi RS 5 Coupe's V-8 engine delivers gobs of power with a smooth torque curve and sounds amazing. Drive Select and multiple transmission modes allow a bit of performance customization. Audi's MMI Navigation plus system is eye-catching, feature-rich, and easy to use.
Bad: The nonadaptive suspension transmits a good deal of road noise and bumps into the cabin. Stated fuel economy is optimistic at best.
Bottom Line: The 2013 Audi RS 5 is an exceptional sports coupe that balances its, frankly, brutal performance with some of the best dashboard tech in the business. [Read more]

Good: Under Armour's Armour39 is well-suited for hardcore athletes who want an accurate measurement of their most vital workout stats. The tracker uses a clean and easy-to-read iOS app, which syncs via convenient wireless Bluetooth connection.
Bad: The Armour39 is too cumbersome to wear all day, and you must strap it on before you work out. Using it without an iOS device provides much less information. There's still no Android version of the app, and the Armour39 doesn't record steps.
Bottom Line: The Armour39 is meant only for hardcore fitness fanatics, but even those gym rats will be left wanting more. [Read more]

Good: Sid Meier's Ace Patrol is fun once you get used to the slow-paced gameplay. Efficiently executing an attack mission turn-by-turn is immensely satisfying.
Bad: Some menus in the game have no back buttons, which forces you to accept a mission when you might not be ready for it.
Bottom Line: Ace Patrol is a fun air-combat game that will be loved by turn-based-strategy-gaming fans, but will not appeal to everyone. [Read more]

Good: The Vizio S4251w-B4 sound bar includes two rear speakers, allowing it to deliver a real surround-sound experience from a sound bar system. Its smart design lets you to connect the rear speakers to the wireless subwoofer in the back of the room, which minimizes the wire clutter that often accompanies surround sound. The sound bar itself has a stylish look, with a great remote that includes a built-in display. Features are well-covered, too, with built-in Bluetooth and Dolby/DTS decoding. And it's a good value, considering it includes two additional speakers.
Bad: The sound bar may block your TV's remote sensor when used in tabletop position. Also, if you use your TV to switch inputs, you likely won't get the best possible surround experience, although most listeners won't notice. And there's no guided speaker calibration, so you'll need to rely on your own ears for setup.
Bottom Line: Vizio's S4251w-B4 sports rear speakers for unparalleled home theater sonics from a sound bar, although it has some quirks. [Read more]
