Good: Samsung's Rugby Pro has stellar call quality, push-to-talk support, NFC, a speedy processor, and a decent 5-megapixel camera.
Bad: It doesn't look or feel all that durable, and the back panel popped open when I threw the handset.
Bottom Line: Samsung's Rugby Pro makes a good, affordable choice for people seeking a more rugged smartphone, but it won't satisfy those who need an ultradurable frame. [Read more]

Good: The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13 looks as good as any 13-inch ultrabook, with the added attraction of a 360-degree screen and a laptop body that can fold into a tent, stand, or slate.
Bad: Tablet mode leaves the keyboard exposed, and the Yoga 13 costs more than standard ultrabooks with similar components.
Bottom Line: The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13 is a convertible touch-screen laptop/tablet that most importantly doesn't compromise the traditional laptop experience. [Read more]

Good: The Zipbuds Juiced are relatively inexpensive and the zipper design of the cord makes it truly tangle-free.
Bad: The zipper cord is comparatively heavy and makes some noise when it rubs against your clothing. Also, when rolled up, the cord is relatively bulky compared with other earphones' cords.
Bottom Line: Despite its tangle-free qualities and sub-$20 price tag, the only reason to buy these is if you can't resist the novelty of the zipper cord design. [Read more]

Good: LittleBigPlanet Karting combines easy-to-learn racing controls with the unique design character of the original LittleBigPlanet game. Players can extensively customize their avatars and karts, and even design their own tracks.
Bad: Weapon variety is limited, and does not feel unique to the LittleBigPlanet universe. Players cannot apply stickers to or paint their karts.
Bottom Line: LittleBigPlanet Karting successfully takes the style of LittleBigPlanet to the whimsical karting genre, making for action-packed gameplay and offering the unique addition of an extensive set of creative tools and options. [Read more]
