Good: Keynote has easy-to-use tools for creating great-looking presentations on the go with your iOS device, and they sync up so you can work on them anywhere.
Bad: Working with presentations feels crowded on the iPhone's smaller screen.
Bottom Line: With new Magic Move transitions, twice as many themes, and collaboration capabilities, Keynote is a must have for making presentations on your iOS device. [Read more]

Good: Oplink's security system installs in minutes, and thanks to a well-designed app, is easy to control. The night-vision cameras that come with the Oplink Security TripleShield package are especially impressive, and will send video to your smartphone automatically if the alarm is triggered.
Bad: Oplink charges a monthly fee to use its system, making it difficult to recommend over the fee-free competition.
Bottom Line: If you want a system with excellent cameras, Oplink Security's TripleShield package definitely merits consideration -- but we're not convinced it's worth $19.99 per month. [Read more]

Good: The GE Profile Series 2.2 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave Oven is a high-end, high-wattage appliance with enough capacity to handle just about anything you want to cook in it. You'll be amazed by how well the automatic sensor reheat function works.
Bad: At $359, the sensor reheating is about the only advantage this microwave has over less expensive models.
Bottom Line: We've seen other high-power, high-capacity cookers that cost a lot less. Reheating almost anything at the touch of a button is a tempting feature, but unless you think you'd use it often, you'll probably want something less expensive. [Read more]
