Good: The ZOMM Wireless Leash has a loud alarm and a compact design, and it doubles as a Bluetooth speaker.
Bad: The ZOMM leash controls and app interface aren't intuitive, and its speaker quality is disappointing.
Bottom Line: The ZOMM Wireless Leash is a great way to keep your phones (or other valuables) close by, but it has a tough learning curve and a steep price. [Read more]

Good: The Samsung Galaxy S Lightray 4G is the first U.S. phone that tunes into free digital TV. The handset boasts 4G LTE, a colorful screen, and attractive build quality.
Bad: The Galaxy S Lightray 4G is big and bulky and has a slow processor and old Android OS. Its Dyle TV service serves up only four channels.
Bottom Line: Unless you're addicted to local TV and need anytime access, the Samsung Galaxy S Lightray 4G isn't money well spent. [Read more]

Good: Portable, lightweight, and simple, the oddly named Just Mobile Lazy Couch works with laptops, tablets, or just about anything else.
Bad: When packed together, the two rubber and aluminum feet are too thick for some slim laptop bags. The height of the feet is fixed, so the angle may not work for you.
Bottom Line: A portable laptop stand boiled down to its most basic, the Just Mobile Lazy Couch has a design flair missing from other laptop risers. [Read more]

Good: The Panasonic RP-HX40s are lightweight on-ear headphones that look fairly attractive (they come in multiple colors), are inexpensive, have a built-in microphone for making cell phone calls, and sound very good for their low price point.
Bad: The RP-HX40s feel like inexpensive headphones and aren't incredibly comfortable (they could use a bit of padding in the headband).
Bottom Line: Despite some shortcomings in the design and comfort department, the Panasonic RP-HX40s deliver impressive sound for the money and are a good value at around $20 online. [Read more]
