Good: The ZTE Warp offers a solid Android Gingerbread experience, rich call quality, and a conservative design, all for an affordable $199 on Boost Mobile's prepaid, no-contract cellular service.
Bad: The Warp's price is high when you take into account the more capable, faster devices available on traditional carriers.
Bottom Line: The $199 ZTE Warp may sound like a cutting-edge smartphone from the future, but it's really an entry-level Android handset with modest speeds, slow 3G data, and a basic camera. On Boost Mobile's no-contract service, however, it fits in well. [Read more]

Good: The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ47 has excellent features, design, and shooting performance.
Bad: For the $100 price drop from the FZ47's linemate, the FZ150, you lose a lot of features and get less-impressive shooting performance and low-light photo quality.
Bottom Line: The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ47 is a very good megazoom for the money, but if you want more control over results--especially in low light--you'll want to step up to the Lumix FZ150. [Read more]

Good: An intriguing design, user-friendly take on Android, and a reliable camera make the Pantech Pocket an interesting choice for AT&T. It also has 4G HSPA+ speeds.
Bad: No camera flash and poorer video playback quality are black marks against the Pocket. Small controls don't do it any favors, either. Call quality could be better.
Bottom Line: The Pantech Pocket dishes up a solid 4G Android Gingerbread experience at a wallet-friendly price, but the extra-wide frame, absent camera flash, and poor video playback quality could deter some folks. [Read more]
